No underlayment?

Everywhere we look we find a question had the team lead out again yesterday who tried to get us to sign a "Roof is up to our standard" paper because he already came out twice.

Wife figured they didn't put a barrier on our boxed eves and

I'm assuming we shouldn't see bare plywood am I wrong?

This is on the inside corner closest to house. The other eve is the same way.

We are in kcmo if that helps with requirements.

Update from "Am I overreacting?"

Checked the attic to make sure the vents looked good. Noticed alot of light coming through. Used a camera and the fascia has about a 1 inch gap fro the roof decking.

Do need to know if the vent hoses just being in the vicinity of the roof vent is fine? They definitely look like crap. (Pic 2 and 3)

Also pic 4 from his amazing flashing install. The hole just goes to the attic also what would the fix be for this?

Need to know if we are overreacting.

Finally got state farm to approve a roof. Used the same company our neighbor used and they seemed to do a good job. Roof install went fine at first and now everytime I look at what he ""Fixes" I find something else that doesn't seem to be that hard to notice.

1st pic shows the the flashing leaving a gap.

2nd shows his fix instead of using one piece.

3rd and 4th shows the gap between wood siding and shingles. Was told this can only be fixed by cutting the siding but he assured us the shingles touching the wood wouldn't cause rot. We aren't 100% sure but we don't think this was like this before the replacement.

5th pic was from me not wanting an animal to build a nest under the roof. 100 % sure we didn't have a monstrosity like this before.

6th pic is from the gutter installation I don't know what he could have done but this doesn't look great.

I should have known this was going to be this way when the gutter guy accidentally knocked our blink flood camera off opened the back and found tape holding the batteries in and the sub on camera doing it.

He sent us the final invoice and we don't know the next step I'm thinking of calling for state farm to send out an inspector to get fix list or a blessing and the wife is going to call the company headquarters tomorrow. ARE WE OVERREACTING?
