For a little context, I am 18 and wanted to create a Webull account I created it with no issues. Due to me being that age I created a bank account as well because I am now allowed too. I want to deposit mid 5 figures into my Webull, I deposit around half of the the total amount via ACH transfer. My account gets so many restrictions placed on it and yesterday they were asking for a bank statement which I can not get due to the bank account being created newly, today they said a statement from 3 months ago, again that is going to take forever, the account is new. Support is each telling me different things what do I need to do.

Requested a withdraw and it got rejected Webull said this

Your withdraw request was rejected due to invalid transfer. You can only withdraw to banking institutions. Please contact our customer service for more details.

I was withdrawing to the account I have always added money from. It was a credit union savings account. This makes no sense the account I was withdrawing to I added funds from and I sent statements to them, it is a joint account with my name and my childs name on it.

How do I fix this

I was doing my first Webull withdrawal, they asked for a statement i provided it then today they asked for the statement again. I sent the same thing again, it has all the necessary info. Is this normal? I am doing an ACH transfer trying to withdrawal money out of my Webull back into the account i made all the deposits from which is a joint savings account.

Are they going to deny my transfer? How long is this process going to take?
