Bought a La Liga Select box for €40 at a local card shop. No guaranteed numbered so must be pretty rare to pull one from the best player? Or does this set have a higher hit rate?

Earlier this summer I opened around 20 of those Monopoly World Cup boxes and just got 1 numbered card from them 🤣
