Virginia apartment judgment question—desperately need guidance.

I’m in Virginia and have an apartment judgment listed in General District Court. I’m not disputing the judgment, I’m actively trying to pay it and get it marked satisfied so I can secure housing and move on with my life.
Here’s what’s happened so far:

I've contacted the old property management, and they said they no longer manage the property and no longer have access to my file and have redirected me back to the leasing office.

I contacted the leasing office, and they said they don’t have my files anymore because it was sent to the old property management and don’t know when they’ll receive them.

I contacted the new property management, and the regional manager acknowledges the old property management closed their accounts due to no longer managing the property and said they’re still waiting on the old management to transfer everything over but until that happens they can't give me my final balance /pay off amount , who i need to pay or can't satisfy my judgment .

This has been going on for 3 months.

I even tried taking it back to General District Court, but the judge told me there was nothing they could do because the judgment was already entered. The attorney who showed up said there was nothing she could do either because she no longer represents that company anymore and due to management change a new attorney represents them .

I contacted the new attorney and they said they don't have anything for me in their system and redirected me back to the leasing office .

Ive also reached out to Legal Aid without much help.
What makes this even more confusing:

The judgment is not in collections

It’s not on my credit report

It’s only showing as an active judgment on the Virginia court website

I’m currently living in a hotel, and at this point I’m honestly exhausted. I’m not trying to avoid this debt I’m trying to do the opposite.
I simply need to know who legally owns this debt, who can accept payment, and how I can get this judgment satisfied so I can move on with my life.
Has anyone in Virginia dealt with something like this? What did you do? Who did you contact? Is there something I haven’t tried?
