Pain in lower jaw (front teeth); unable to brush

I've been experiencing pain in my lower jaw front tooth. My front tooth has moved sideways with a slight shake. There is a dull pain as I bite.
I've been advised an operation to clean the cyst and multiple root canal and the front tooth. Some doctors mentioned it could be some sort of non-cancerous cyst which i honestly forgot the name of. Tomorrow I have an appointment with a doctor at a very prestigious hospital who will decide if i need surgery. I just wanted to have a little more information here on reddit about the cause or what it could even be. I've also gotten some fluid removed from the cavity in my jaw which got rid of most of the pressure and pain however doctors have mentioned that it would return.
Also just a note. the reason i've visited multiple doctors is because i live in another country (bahrain), took reports there, and have come to my home country (India) for some kind of treatment.
