Yeah, it's a wrap

Passed the PA after four attempts but I'm not sure I will pass the OA before my term is over.

D388 - Spreadsheets (I Passed in 2 Weeks)

While I can't speak for anyone else, I will say that Spreadsheets wasn't a difficult course at all for me. I started this course on May 24th and passed June 9th. I defintely would have finished sooner if I wasn't a Transient student. I also passed the OA on the first try. However, this is exactly what I did to pass this course. (And in record time since my term ends in June)

Here's what I did:

  1. Go through the course material and watch the videos (2x's speed because some of them speak really slow.)
  2. Take the quizzes at the end of each section
  3. Utilize a dry-erase whiteboard (8.5" x 11" to 11" x 14" board) for areas you struggle with during your section tests. (And eventually the OA.)
  4. For each section quiz, there is an icon that looks like a TV, click on that, and it will direct you to a video that demonstrates exactly how you should perform each task.
  5. May I reiterate: utilize the videos on the section quizzes and the whiteboard (especially for Formulas) and create notes/reminders of specific areas you struggle with.
  6. Take the PA after you've completed the section and lessons quizzes first. Unless you have prior experience using Excel.
  7. If you pass the PA, take the OA immediately if you can.

Good Luck fellow OWLs!!! WOOT WOOT
