Too lazy to add rn
Hi again, here is another update for people that are interested in my experience with Accutane/Isotretinoin!
12 weeks in and I can finally fully see how my skin and body reacted to accutane. I feel completely fine and don't have any side effects from accutane other than dryness and a runny nose apparently. My liver seems to tolerate the medication well and my blood work comes back great every time. I can't say if my mood has been affected by Accutane, honestly I think it improved a bit rather than worsened because my skin got kind of better. My skin got better/is different but it came with a price.
How Accutane affected my skin:
-SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS
I don't have any yellow greasy flakes anymore, my scalp is almost perfectly clear and I am itch free for most of the day. Also the inflammation is way less present. I still have flakes but small white flakes that are caused by dryness from Accutane and it's a nice trade off if you ask me.
-SEBUM PLUGS/FOLLICULITIS
After 12 weeks of Accutane I got rid of them almost completely, it's great and the relief is fantastic. As i got rid of sebum plugs, my hair loss deceased by a good amount.
-ACNE
Same as sebum plugs, almost free of it after 12 weeks and feeling good. I also need to add that i went through a purging phase that started at around week 4 and ended quite recently actually. I think I'll be 100% acne free soon.
OILINESS/SEBUM OVERPRODUCTION
My skin is dry, very dry, very very dry. At week 8 i thought that i reached my peak dryness and that it won't get any drier than that, I was wrong... Now at week 12 I can see that it's getting even drier and honestly I have no idea when it'll plateau, soon i hope. Dryness is not nice but in my case it has more pros than cons, so I'll take it any day instead of dealing with Seborrheic dermatitis which as we know is a skin disease straight from the devil himself.
That's basically it. I am satisfied with the effect of Accutane and will continue treatment for quite some time. I'll do another update at maybe week 24 and will try to upload some pictures of my scalp/skin but I don't promise anything cuz i am too lazy to bother. If you have any specific questions about Accutane or other skin related topics, I'll be happy to answer.

Can dosage like that at least slow down hairloss?
I need a malassezia safe and non-comedogenic oil. I already know about mct oil, squalane and mineral oil, just wondering which one is the best
