Pinnacle rank
Has a k/d more than 2.5
Speaks English and is located in Asia (server)
Willing to listen and learn team player tactics
Has mic on, at least to give call outs
Friendly with a good attitude
Willing to play with a fixed team
Uses good armor, good guns and good ammo (Purple tier minimum)
Communicate your moves during the match (eg - "I will try to flank from around to get a knock")
Adaptability to team player styles
What we don't look for :-
Ego pushing/challenging
Verbal/sexual abuse and harassment
Has no game sense
Using recruit/standard gear ticket
Leaving the lobby/game once after fully dead. (zero revival chance)
Trying to lead when already one is leading
Not following the team and just goes for looting
Weak listening
