Given the requirements for ensuring the security of POTUS and the need to share information with US Secret Service (but not with Mr. Draper), I propose the following information from my investigation to be shared:

(U//LES) TIMOTHY COOK DRAPER, date of birth (DOB) █████, a billionaire hedge fund manager and investor, has been referenced █████.

█████, DRAPER was identified as an associate of the FORESIGHT INSTITUTE, whose members included TED WAITT, DOB █████ and convicted Chinese spy and researcher, CHARLES LIEBER, DOB █████. WAITT was the broker of the introduction between deceased, convicted sex offender JEFFREY EPSTEIN (DOB January 20, 1953; date of death August 10, 2019) and billionaire BILL GATES, █████. DRAPER previously traveled to Ukraine and met with former Ukrainian President VIKTOR YUSHCHENKO, DOB █████, and MICHAEL CAPUTO, █████, to discuss ways to oppose certain United States (US) sanctions against Russia (no further information).

(U//LES) DRAPER hired MASHA DROKOVA also known as (aka) Mariia Drokova aka Mariya Bucher, DOB █████, as the publicist for his former technology hedge fund DFJ FINANCIAL (Note: DFJ referred to the three managing partners DRAPER-FISHER-JURVETSON). DROKOVA was made famous, as a teenager, when in charge of the Russian youth movement “Nashi,” for kissing Russian President VLADIMIR PUTIN, █████, on television, such that she was nicknamed “PUTIN’s kiss.” DROKOVA was also the former publicist for JEFFREY EPSTEIN. DROKOVA became a Silicon Valley technology investor and currently resides in Switzerland.

(U//LES) DROKOVA was also the publicist for quantum computing technology investment firms QUANTUM WAVE FUND aka QWAVE CAPITAL, and RUNA CAPITAL, both headed by Russian technologist and entrepreneur SERGUEI BELOUSSOV aka Serg Bell, DOB █████, now based in Singapore. BELOUSSOV’s co-founder of QWAVE CAPITAL, SERGUEI KOUZMINE, DOB █████, who co-founded the online micro-lending company FINTECH VENTURES and the gambling/gaming company RITZIO ENTERTAINMENT with Russian oligarch OLEG BOYKO, DOB █████.

(U//LES) Since April 2021, DRAPER had FRANK MOYLE CREER, █████, as the Chief Executive Officer of his not-for-profit organization DRAPER HERO INSTITUTE, 55 East 3rd Avenue, San Mateo, California. CREER was also previously an officer with DRAPER at DFJ CAPITAL. CREER was an active member of a private, high-end, high-initiation-fee sex/swingers club in Los Angeles and Northern California called “Sanctum,” and collected information on members of “Sanctum” for the purpose of blackmail, similar to JEFFREY EPSTEIN. CREER actively blackmailed fellow DFJ CAPITAL managing partner STEVE JURVETSON, █████.

(U//LES) Similar to how EPSTEIN previously funneled money into a research lab at the MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (MIT), which he used as a means for gaining access to politicians and decision-makers who were also interested in the research being conducted, CREER funneled money into quantum computing research through QWAVE CAPITAL, through which he also gained access to politicians and decision-makers, possibly susceptible to his blackmail operations. CREER and JURVETSON, through DFJ CAPITAL, were both investors with BELOUSSOV’s tech venture capital firm RUNA CAPITAL in QWAVE CAPITAL. CREER also knew MASHA DROKOVA, the publicist of QWAVE CAPITAL.
