I’m 40f, who moved back to CO after living in the Bay Area after college. I currently rent in West Wash Park and am looking to buy a modest 2 bed, 2 bath single family home with a yard and garage (plenty of sunlight and taller ceilings are also preferred). I work remote and enjoy eating at local restaurants, taking my dog on walks and hikes, and enjoy local parks and farmers markets. I love Wash Park but am priced out. What are some other neighborhoods everyone would suggest? I make $200k/ yr and am looking at the $650k range. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
