so i have been taking 10mg of nortriptyline for about a year now for my chronic dyspepsia, i honestly feel pretty great on it, its helped a lot with my mental health and more importantly my stomach pain, but the only catch is my libido is lower which does annoy me.

so my question is would it be worth switching to something different if all antidepressants cause a low libido anyway? should i bring this up to my doctor and just trial and error different ones to see what works better for me
