Recommendations for an Alaska overland expedition.

Hey folks, I am planning a ~2 month Alaska expedition sometime in mid summer 2027 or 2028 and I wanted some recommendations regarding vehicle/gear choice.

I have done a good bit of solo travelling/overlanding (nearly all 48 lower states and 7 Canadian provinces) in my 2012 4Runner, but this trip will be with 1 - 2 other people.

Additionally, I have not overlanded in Alaska. While I have done some remote overlanding in Northern Quebec, I am guessing Alaska is a different breed of animal.

For context, we are wanting to hit as many NPs as possible (and I understand some of those require bush plane/air travel), as well as just general adventure.

Any recommendations for a base vehicle, as well as potential gear/upgrades, are greatly appreciated. For reference, I am already good on power bank/generator, communications (Starlink, sat phone, 2 way radios, CB), extensive first aid kit, and personal protection from wildlife (bear spray, 12 gauge).

*** To be clear, this is not the only advice/recommendations/research I am doing, but I thought it would help to get extra insight here.***

TIL: The man that wrote Strange Fruit (a song about a lynching which was originally recorded by Billie Holiday and later famously by Nina Simone) was also the adoptive father of the children of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, who the US executed for espionage.

(Pennsylvania) Unrepresented Buyers

My wife and I are attorneys that have been handling commercial real estate transactions for over a decade. I have personally bought and sold a few homes (last in 2008).

We are now looking for a new home and would like to remain unrepresented in order to save seller's the ~2.5% buyers' agent commission and make our offers more attractive.

We are getting a lot of resistance from seller's agents either making it difficult to schedule showings, or outright refusing to show home unless there is a limited buyer's agent contract.

My review of the 2024 NAR Settlement seems to indicate this is not required. Anyone have any insight? TIA
