IM interview at a community program and clinical management questions

The PD and faculty both asked me a hypothetical scenario and wanted me to identify and narrate management of shock and CKD. Definitely wasn’t expecting that and even messed up on Ckd management.
Should i expect from more programs such clinical management questions and how much value do they carry?
Thinking of reviewing 2ck algorithms i guess

Just did step 2 today

I wondered if i got a wrong exam or maybe some easy nbme. Lengths were same as nbme. Concepts exactly from nbme 11-16. Had 5-7 minutes every block to review. No stats. Beautiful 20 question blocks. Way easier than f120. Some questions needed 20 seconds as they were literal photocopied from nbme. Especially nbme pictures.
Go and take it worry free. This exam is not as crazy as step 1.

Exam on 15th of june

Nbme 11 236 and nbme 13 240. I have to take 3 nbmes and uwsa2. Uworld 1st pass with 60% average done. I’m still getting 60% in uworld incorrects. Done with 2 cms of each subject with an average of 90%. Nbme 13 which i took 2 days ago had some very simple silly mistakes which I think could have easily got me to 250. Nonetheless is it possible to take exam on 15? I’m happy with 230 and 240 even as long as i get this exam done.
