Poor grooming experience (would appreciate advice)
Posting screenshots of service with info removed to avoid doxxing. I am very unsatisfied with what transpired today and would like any possible advice. This beautiful boy is getting all the cuddles and sweet nothings told to him but I feel so bad right now.
