FHA Loan 5.6%, But alot of points charged ($530K)

The rate is competitive, but I know this lender charges high points. Is this worth it?

What do you guys think?

SJDB voucher.

I requested reimbursement for my exam. I thought it wouldn't be approved so I requested refund from my provider, but the next day, they approved my reimbursement.

Will they ever find out that I got a refund and kept reimbursement?

Im not sure what to do...

Spouse Green Card interview (F2A)

I am green card holder and I am sponsoring my spouse.

My I-130 PD is 7/23 and my spouse's I-485 PD is 12/24. Few days ago, we got notice for interview scheduled for in few weeks 7/8/26. We filed for 130 and 485 soley on our own. We did not want to pay $5000 to an attorney just to file paperwork, we thought it was waste of money so we decided to file it ourselves.

My wife and I met in Jan 2023. She came to the states as an exchange student for 6 months and went back to the country. In Jan 2024, she came back here as a J-1 intern to be with me. Before we filed for I-130 and I-485, we consulted with different attorneys on our circumstances. One of the attorneys told us that we should keep secret that we met in Jan 2023 and should represent as if we met ourselves in Jan 2024. The reason being is that from USCIS perspective, it could be seen as if my wife came back to the states in 2024 just to file the green card. (While this is partially true, she came back because she loved me and wanted to be with me). Therefore, when I filed for I-485, we included Marriage Bona Fide document with photos.. However, when we prepared the photos, we included the photos that we took in 2023 and wrote 2024 date, to make it seemed as if we met in 2024.

Now, we are concerned that during the interview they might check our phones to check the photos and match the dates with Bona Fide document and reject the green card.

I consulted with different attorney and he told me that we should tell the truth that we met in 2023 and not lie.

Do you guys think we should still represent as if we met in 2024 and not 2023? Would it appear more genuine relationship to say that we met in 2023, but spouse came back in 2024 to be with me?

Increase in price...?

TPT had their biggest sale for 50% off. Now that is ended, they have 30% off now... it used to be 40%. Do you guys think they will go back to 40%?

I have never seen them do 30%.

First time PRO+ Live account

I just got an email saying that I am eligible for PRO+ account because I made $10k today...

Is there way to deny moving to PRO+?

Can I withdraw money I made today minus buffer? or Should I wait until PRO+ to withdraw 90% instead of 80%.

Thanks ALL!!
