IF YOU FLEE THE UK HOW OFTEN DO THEY EXTRADITE?
A false allegation of strangulation was made towards me, i was bailed out same day no travel ban or nothing like that, i was planning to relocate to a country i currently am a citizen of (i was born there hold the passport etc) before that, and now i dont know wether i can, i cannot afford legal support there is nothing against me, no evidence whatsover, and i really just want to leave all of this behind and start my life again after breaking up with my ex, will i be persued arrested? what will happen. -destination Italy.
edit: nobody was actually hurt, and theres no evidence for the claim but i need to go because my grandad has a heart problem and is at EOL, i was meant to relocate prior to the arrest and its causing me alot of mental stress i just want to get out
