Good Days & Bad days?

I haven't been diagnosed and have an upcoming study, but I wanted to ask do you find there are daya where your energy/restfulness seems pretty decent and then the next day feel like complete trash?

Anyone with similar experience...

So these are both homes studies I did years apart. In the first study I did I was told I had mild sleep apnea and a a cpap was recommended, long story short because of life happening I never got the cpap. Fast forward a few yrs I do anothwr study because I still feel awful (actually worse as far as fatigue and fog go) and I was told no sleep apnea and pulmonologist was not concerned about 63% o2. I snore about every single night, and since the first test I have gained 40 pounds (but am still in healthy weight range considering during the first test I was very under weight from being ill). Im not sure what to do. Im tired of being tired. Anyone have similar experience/results?
