I have missed huge chunks of this whole secret tapes, city lore, solving puzzles thing. Is there anyone I can watch to see the whole thing or anywhere I can read up on everything that has happened?

Also is there anyone that is still currently digging more into it? Like really questioning it all? I know people have solved the puzzles but I want to watch the ones who are actively questioning it more, rather than just solving the puzzles.

I’ve completed my transplant evaluations, I’m on the waitlist and I have a potential living donor. My one problem is I need to GAIN weight for surgery. Im at 16 bmi and they want me at 18. I need to gain so much weight I’m only 42.5 kgs dry weight. I’m on pd dialysis so I don’t really have strict diet restrictions. My dietitian gave me high protein smoothie recipes and tells me to eat anything high calorie.
I’ve been grubbing on literally everything in sight and I haven’t gained weight. I’ve been light exercising to build some muscle but nothing too intense. I don’t know what else to do.

Has anyone needed to gain weight? What did you do? Any tips please? literally anything will be helpful!
