Playing the game in my city: created a mapping software for it
I created a little software that shows the map of any city and the most relevant Points of interests. You can specifically check for zoos, mall, town hall etc.
You can also draw a radius or measure distance and angle. In the Berlin map I added such a line and also Malls+Stations+Town hall. In the Oldenburg map you can see some radii (1km and 2km) and the ZIP-Codes (German word "Postleitzahl") and some hospitals.
Let me know what you think about it. It runs on any machine that runs a webserver (any server will do, I am using the cheapest possible 99 cent server I found).
I am very open for suggestions. The obvious one is PDF-Export to print the most needed maps.
So far I didn't manage to get bus-lines to work. The busstops are fine, just the line itself is making technical problems.
