Took my first shot of Sundae today after 2 years of Rybelsus
Background.
Was 150kg @ 170cm in October 2024 when my endocrinologist prescribed Rybelsus. Lost 30 kg in 8 months, reversed my T2 pre-diabetes, and brought my blood work back into the "good" range from "dead tomorrow" range.
I've been plateaued around 115–125 kg (CW : 120) on 14 mg for quite a while now, though food noise is "Average" but progress stalled.
My endocrinologist has now shifted me to Sundae 0.50mg(Yes, skipped 0.25) after my Rybelsus stock got over.
Hoping injections help break the plateau.
