I've finally built up my fasting muscles. I'm easily hitting 24 hours repeatedly. I've lost 5 lbs. I'm practicing OMAD (I need to eat for a medication in the am). And I'm no longer scared of my sugar or hunger cravings!

I just wanted to ask for some thoughts and viewpoints.
When my body starts to burn fat for fuel, I get this very uncomfortable middle point where I feel dizzy or anxious or even nausea sometimes. I deal with it with electrolytes, deep breathes, and affirmations, but how do YOU deal with these things? I’m looking for fresh ideas.
For reference I’m 4’11, 33yo, 190 lbs. I have been in shape before (an athletic 116 lbs. )And I have fasted before but it was before The Whole pandemic thing occurred and before my anxiety and weight got worse.
