Problem Neighbors...

I live in a relatively busy LCOL area but in a brand new development of attached town homes. Naturally there's a fair amount of foot traffic and cars parked at the end of the cul-de-sac (near my home) as lively neighbors have friends and family over. It's really nice to see a neighborhood thrive and grow. Most of us own our homes and we take pride in keeping things clean. There is no HOA and we have not had issues for the entire time of us living here.

A few months ago a unit across the street was rented / bought (unsure which) to what seems to be a large family. Everyday cars belonging to them or their visitors are strewn about all over the place, smack in the middle of the street, double parked etc. Sometimes annoying but never bothered me too much.

Last night they decided to have a huge 4th of July party. I have images off my secury camera of cars and people EVERYWHERE. Grass, sidewalk, double parked making most of our driveways inaccessible and in the middle of it all fireworks being set off. Someone called authorities on them earlier in the day - they moved the cars and about 20 mins later put them back in their place. Authorities came back again - same story. (I did not call anyone)

This morning I woke up to go to work...my wife's car was covered in silly string, paper and cups were placed on the hood etc. the rest of the street was TRASHED literally. Garbage, beer bottles, cups everywhere. I am now beyond annoyed. I am not a Karen and don't wanna be one and honestly enjoyed having a front row seat to a cool firework show last night, but the aftermath of our neighborhood and more importantly the crap all over my cars got me really irritated.

I'm not sure what action I can take against this. Looking to see if any of y'all have any experience. I'm going to clean everything up around my area after I come home from work this evening, but I have a feeling this isn't the first time this happens. I have talked to other neighbors who have had similar complaints as well and who have talked over their issues with these problem neighbors before...

Am I over reacting? How would you handle this?

EDIT / UPDATE: I came home from work and I went outside with a garbage back to clean up the crap around my property. Shortly after, a lot of the kids from the household that had the party along with some of the adults came out with large trash bags and went around and sweeped / cleaned most of the debris. It wasn't 100% perfect but honestly I respect it. I think I'm just gonna talk to them at some point and just request they keep my driveway open and watch their kids to keep off my car. I'll check back in and tell y'all how it goes...

WiFi in a tall & skinny home

Hi all - I recently moved to one of those tall / skinny row homes and the modem/router is in the basement. I own a WiFi 7 TP link Archer BE400. It's great until I get up to the third floor and the signal is spotty and weak.

I managed to run a hard-wired CAT6A cable from the basement all the way to the third floor (Giant PITA) and made a neat little wall jack. The only issue is the only place I could get the jack to come up without even more PITA drilling is in a corner of a bathroom closet on the third floor. I know I can set up a different router as an access point but mounting a router in the bathroom or leaving it on the floor would get in the way and make a lot of the closet useless. It also has a chance of getting water spilled on it, etc.

I know TP link has those fancy wall-plug extenders with a Ethernet "out" port (which really don't actually help the connection, rather just amplify a slow one--tried that too), but do they make any that would play nicely / have an Ethernet input to act as an access point or repeater? I have an outlet about 6 inches from the jack I made in the closet. Bonus if it's wifi 7.

The form factor of an "outlet" box solution would be perfect in this situation, but I want to keep my signal on the third floor as fast as possible since I went through all the effort of routing this cable through the walls...I guess it would have made more sense to research this before I routed it, but honestly I didn't think it would end up where it did as these things go... ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯

Thank you all in advanced!
