Still looking for someone to take over our 1br/1ba lease on W 150th between the medical and main campuses.

It’s 4k/month and we can offer 1 month free on the remaining 10 months of the lease (9/1-6/30). You can move in 8/25 if everything is settled.

It’s super spacious with 15-foot ceilings and the layout is really nice. We had enough room for a dining area, living room, piano nook, and two office nooks. Unit has laundry, dishwasher, and AC.
