First time really fooling around with quartzite, waisted a lot of this little chunk figuring out how it works, very interesting stuff. But was able to make a decent little point. Quartzite is so brittle that you need to take deeper flakes to prevent hinging and leave the point pretty thick, heavily abrasion is also a must. Finished with very short pressure flakes just around the edges to prevent hinging.
