The attached information from the website says children 10 and under are free but must have a wristband picked up for safety. My wife decided to come this year (we have our first newborn and we weren’t sure if it was viable but changed our mind after she was born). My question is do we still need to pick our daughter up a wristband if she will only be 3 months old during the Convention? The website just says 10 and under but there isn’t a minimum age listed or anything.
