Problem with Kyber headless nut?

Does anyone else have stripping issues with an 8 string kyber headless? This is the second locking nut I’ve stripped at the 8th string. All of the other ones are no problem but the 8th this is the second time it had completely stripped and it’s not like kiesel charges cheap for these they’re like 60$ and it only has happened to that string all of the others are fine.

Any advice or has this been a problem for other kyber 8 headless players?

Unit is in like new condition which is why I have it as open box (still has the plastic on the scribble screens and main screen) comes with the original box.

Also throwing in a Dunlop Dvp3 volume/expression pedal along with the trs cable for it so you can hook it up to the unit.

This really is a fantastic unit and does so much but honestly it’s more than what I need. My Kemper player has for filled all my needs.

Hoping this goes to a good home! It was recent updated to the newest firmware as well with the new effects and amps.

Can we still order colors not on the builder?

I was thinking of ordering a build with the 80s pink purple pearl metallic but I don’t see it on the builder anymore? Is this no longer and option or have they discontinued it??
