I saw an article that said landlords will up their rents by 30% because of the loss of cgt benefits. Has anyone had their rents spike massively recently or even better if there are property manager or landlords here and what their perspective is. Mine isn’t due for renewal for 6 months but a 30% increase would price me out quickly.
