Thoughts on loan estimate. Okay or Great deal?
Went under contract with this new build in CO. Putting 10% down. Getting appliances also. Thoughts?

First time home buyer! Is 4.75% APR good?
I recently went under contract with Lennar on a new build in Colorado. They are offering me a rate of 4.75% Conventional, with only 10% down. Is this rate good for Lennar? I know compared to today’s rates it is great but I also heard Lennar can offer even lower rates. This is the lowest they said they can do with our down payment. Any one else go under contract with Lennar on a new build and have had good luck getting lower rates with conventional?
