To be direct, I think a "support" group or community of like minded individuals would really help. Even if its as simple as not feeling alone in the struggle or being apart of a conversation that might pertain some issue I'm facing or to make friends that I can also help. A community that I can grow with or join under those who have been through the problems and know the answers.
I just started my own company to Consult construction contractors as I've been in the business for 10+ years and want to leverage my expertise to help other contractors grow and learn the business. It's hard and I want nothing more than to succeed and gain clients but consulting is a different game.
