I recently bought this hand made ruyao celadon shiboridashi. Sadly, it dribbles no matter how carefully I pour. It occured to me it might be possible to use kintsugi to reshape the spout to stop the dribbling. Only I'm not sure what is wrong with the current spout? Any idea how tricky that might be?

As background, I have been doing traditional kintsugi repairs for about a year and a half, mostly just chip repairs, hairline cracks and simple breaks. Nothing as technical as trying to fix a pour.

My other option, I guess, is to aquire a tea tray to contain the spillage, and let my shibo dribble away with gusto.
