Struggling with medical waivers

So I planned on joining the army already took my asvab and did MEPS. It came back that I had to get a waiver for me being diagnosed with major depression in 2019 ? I honestly don’t remember talking or even seeing anyone and I have to get clinical notes but how would I do that if I don’t remember who I talked to? I was still in high school and i’m graduated from college now. I just need to figure out how to go about it. I asked my recruiter if it says where the records came from he said all he could see were the dates 🙄

Hello , I am currently trying to enlist in the army. I already took my ASVAB and scored only a 50 and I have MEPS on Tuesday. I talked to my recruiter and there was something that popped up in my medical history that I didn’t disclose on my application which was depression and major depression. Mind you I have no recollection of ever even being told I had depression or major depression. I’ve never been diagnosed and I’ve never took any medication. Now my mother was diagnosed with both of those things, but I wouldn’t see what that would have to do with me. I just honestly hope this doesn’t put me behind in my process.

So I am about to join the army, I take my ASVAB tomorrow and my physical on tuesday. My recruiter called me yesterday saying something popped up on my medical history that I didn’t disclose on the application and he said it was Major Depression. I honestly have no recollection of being diagnosed with depression at all or never have I been treated. How can I go about this? Would I need to get a mental health evaluation or something?
