I usually try to avoid this problem entirely by getting lunch from somewhere out of the house but lately I've been running low on funds and can't afford to eat out as often. Now I have to eat from my selection of foods from home but I won't lie, it always makes me really anxious and nervous to try and make myself lunch while someone else who isn't family is doing something in the house. Feels rude or inconsiderate...

But I'm so hungry-
