5090 96gb and i9 265k and have insane stutters when using my mouse, when using keyboard no stutters.

I've been using Nano11 since it came out, and everything has been fine, except ssh not working. But recently I installed faceit. And it does not recognize my system because I'm not on the latest version of windows, would I be able to switch without using a disk or USB

Anyone?

I already drink 1 to 2L of milk a day, but I keep losing weigth . Are there any foods I can eat that might help with muscle gain?
