Camera pointing at change rooms

I noticed a camera positioned in a surf shop that seemed to be pointing at the change rooms. From inside the change room I noticed it when I was undressed and looking in the mirror. If I turn towards the door I can’t see it, but it’s definitely seen in the mirror and it was looking right at me. I didn’t say anything and walked out as I know how things escalate. Who do I report this to? Genuinely concerned.
