Hello, so nagsend ng funds ung Mom ko sa pinsan ko, my cousin sent a phone number initially then sent a qr code which i both sent to my mom as a precaution. She used the phone number and it turnt out to be wrong number although the QR code is right.

Kinakabahan na kami kasi 6K un. We already contacted the phone number but they said their account was innactive. My mom is in a different country so wala syang phone number na pangtawag sa PH so kaming magpipinsan ang mag hahandle, kakasend lang 1hr ago and may work mom ko kaya hindi pa namin mahandle ung ticket.

Any advice po? What to do next
