M19, 145lbs, 5’10. Needs tips for a bulk?
For context I graduated high school about 170lbs, and in the summer decided to go on a health journey and change the way I eat. Saw lots of great improvements in my gut and skin. I went to college and my weight dramatically dropped all the way down to 145. Definitely slimmed down a lot, and I haven’t been this light since I was 15. Just looking for advice on how to do a more clean bulk, and possible meal ideas. I work a blue collar job in the summer so I have no way of heating up meals. I’m not a picky eater at all just looking to put the weight back on in muscle and not so much in fat. My goal is at least 160 by end of year. So any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
