Hello everyone, last year before I applied for a UK visa, I spilled water on my passport. There’s only moisture on the corner and on the blank pages at the back. It seems that the same passport wasn’t classified as damaged since my UK visa application was accepted. I was able to travel to the UK with the same passport. This year, while reading the requirements before applying for a Schengen visa, it states that even the smallest damage on the passport can lead to an immediate denial. My question is, can the Hungarian Consulate, where I will apply, classify my passport as damaged, even though the UK consulate did not?
