Heads up if you're considering Balolo (Setup Cockpit, etc.) — what happened with my order
Posting this in case anyone else is in the middle of an order. I bought a Setup Cockpit bundle from Balolo in April, shipping to Cyprus. Three weeks after the dispatch email I still had nothing — tracking stuck at "handover at Frankfurt IPZ" since 18 April with no further events.
Balolo support told me for a full week that DHL was investigating and the delay was likely Cyprus customs. Today I messaged DHL Express Germany directly with the tracking number. Their reply: the sender never actually handed over the parcel. Only the shipping label was generated. There was no parcel in transit, nothing at customs, nothing for DHL to investigate.

Just a heads-up that if you're tracking a Balolo order that's been stuck at "Frankfurt IPZ handover" for an unusual amount of time, the parcel may not actually be in DHL's system at all. Worth pinging DHL directly to verify rather than waiting on Balolo's "investigation."
