Low ferritin symptoms are back after 3 months of treatment
So i started was having all the classic symptoms(heart palpitations, high heart rate, cold, tired, brain fog, etc.)in February and my ferritin came back at a 12. I have been supplementing consistently for 3 months when i noticed that my symptoms were coming back again. My symptoms had gotten much better for over 2 months so im not sure why they would’ve gotten worse again! When i got my iron/ferritin retested a few days ago, it had increased all the way to 22. Has anyone ever experienced this? Symptoms coming back even though levels are going up? Thanks!!
