Why was a recalled device dispensed 3 weeks after the recall. Insulin pumps kill people even though they claim to save lives. CVS sends them out even when the Manufacturer recalls them. Local pharmisist said sorry, Corp wont even talk to me! Criminal minds.... CVS. Make the hate real
