The user interface is horrible. The fact that everytime you view your application, you can sign your health insurance attestation again is weird! I have signed that thing 1000 times already. The ways to view your application, the documents that you already uploaded. It's just bad bad user interface. You'd think with all the money they take from us for basically (clicking print document), they would hire a good IT to make it much more user-friendly.

The name in itself is stupid! what is (myintealth)!!! what does that even mean!!!
