Which monsterlings you guys think are the best for Nagi?

Want to try to improve my Rift run this season, but I'm a bit lost with wind team. So far, I got Jiwon (0 Awakes, purple artifact, purple set) and Bonnie (2 awakes, no equip yet), and both are support. Which team would be the "ideal" wind team? And what MLs should I aim for them? I'm not intending to spend a bunch of money, but I might spend a few bucks if it is viable to build a wind team before the season ends. Any help (including links to good guides) is appreciated.

I had finished rift 27 before the new Wind season, now I can't finish even 23-26 with my cold damage team. Is this intended? I ask because I have changed some equipment that should have made my team improve, but my results on Rift have worsened. Did we have a meaningful buff for cold damage before? If so, what is a recomended Team considering I don't have Nagi yet?
