Requesting Help Navigating Land Purchase with a Seller who Has Lien Against Them

We have been under contract for a small land purchase for 10 months. Initially, the first issue was finding all heirs involved in the trust of the purchase. All 22 heirs have been identified, but one heir has three judgments filed against her. We cannot complete the land purchase until those judgments are settled. We were told our options were for her to file bankruptcy, pay off the judgments (which she will not do), or to contact the company that originally filed the judgments to ask for temporary release of the judgment. Our lawyer and title company have been attempting to contact Lloyd and McDaniel for three months with no response to calls emails or letters. We are at a loss and don’t know what else to do. I don’t see how they can not respond to these requests and it be legal. Any advice would be appreciated.
