Estradiol is normal, testosterone is normal, progesterone is normal, LH and FSH are within normal range but LH is 11.1 and FSH is 7.5 which can point to PCOS because of the ratio, insulin is perfect, but my DHEA is 746 which is very high. Anyone have any insight on this? Since pretty much everything is within range, to have one thing extremely high is strange? I have been to two separate doctors over the years and both have shown follicles on my ovaries which is what led to my recent bloodwork and confirmed PCOS. I do also have endometriosis, adenomyosis, and a thick uterine lining.

I am having surgery 12 hours away from where I currently live so just trying to get an idea to prepare for time off before traveling back. I was thinking around 3 weeks until I heard that some people have more than one appointment. I know for sure that I will have an appointment one week after my surgery, but what about the 4-6 week mark? (Waiting for my doctor to return my calls with this answer) After your initial post-op appointment, did you have a second appointment to release you for exercise, etc. around the 4 to 6 week mark or just the one post-op appointment?

This is definitely a weird symptom, but I have to ask. When I shave my stomach and my razor touches the left side of my stomach next to my belly button, I feel a very light but strange sensation. To explain the feeling, I have a scar on the back of my head from years ago and I can’t touch it because it feels strange. Not painful, just does something to my body when something touches it. This is the same thing. Could this be a sign of abdominal wall endometriosis? Maybe some type of nerves that are misplaced? I can’t help but wonder if they’re going to find endometriosis on that side of my abdomen because I do also get pain near there in one spot consistently, near my left ovary. I’ll update next month after my surgery if so, but just wondering if anyone feels the same thing.

I understand that adenomyosis is in the uterine muscle, but what about the uterine lining? Over the years I have had a thick uterine lining regardless of where I am in my cycle. Now, I do have visible endometriosis on scans, a bulky uterus with suspected adenomyosis for 4 years now, titled uterus, pcos, and a thick uterine lining. Whew. 😅 I researched this and the results are scary so I’m curious to know if anyone has had a thick uterine lining because of endo/adenomyosis as well? I do not have exact measurements. I’m unsure if this could be related to adenomyosis or infiltrating endometriosis or something else. Any insight?

For the past 6 months I have had the tiniest spotting one time, one day, between cycle day 7-10. Some months it’s cycle day 7, some days 8, 9, or 10 and that’s it. So it is happening before ovulation. Red / pink tiny streak of blood. Despite having PCOS, my cycles are normal most of the year. I am waiting for my updated bloodwork results but I’m wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing? Never any other spotting, not even before my period. I cannot find any articles / posts about this happening and it is stressing me out.
