I can only remember a couple details about the flame and earth based ones.

The fire one, i remember she had to drink or make contact with water or this heat overtook her and she would die. I believe she also ended up like right on the brink cause she got locked in a cell of some sort.

And then the earth/Nature one all i remember is that she envisioned herself as a tree or something that wa huge and it was something like that. Please helppp
