After a long time and many failed attempts I finally try to quit again. This time I decided to go cold turkey. My last attempts I tried gradually vaping less and less, nicotine patches and even nicotine chewing gum. But today I decided to not let the nicotine have control over me anymore. I’ve read that the first days/ week will be the hardest. And I ask any advice from people who have tried it this way. I’m currently in the 5th hour and I’m already feeling the cravings and started to get agitated real quick. I thought that writing this would distract me and suppress the tendency. I’m doing this all alone and no one to support me or help me so I hope to find some understanding from people who’ve been through the same. Just to keep my sanity I might post daily updates in here as a way of venting.
