Anyone here taken this or knows much about it?

I need to take a professional skills subject as part of the MSc Mathematics and Statistics, and this one seems interesting.

Questions:

1. Is the project individual or group? I'd prefer individual.
2. How heavy is the workload? I've taken FOC/FOA/DOA before. I'm just wondering if it's heavy enough to interfere with my actual thesis.
3. Did you find the content useful?
