Hello so im a male with two kids. My ex and i are seperated and i have my children. I applied for calworks and had my interview today. I got a verification for unrelated adult male. My worker said i had to fill it out since i rent a room from a lady where she also lives. How do i fill it out? Do i fill it out with my info or does the lady have to fill it out under her info?
