tier 2/ 3(MBA colleges) folks in finance
to all the tier 2/3 folks in finance. what are the different roles that come on the campus. what is the range of comp and the growth in thse roles post 3-4 years and above horizon. Is it difficult to break into high finance? have you or someone else moved to high finance. also do you find your work fulfilling?
