First time ordering with Pploo , can someone tell me what's the process?

I heard he/she'll send QC photos by Email or WhatsApp? And then, proceed with the shipment if I'm satisfied with the photos or he'll send them anyway?

I know it's WC time but usually what's the delivery time to Europe?
